Jade is an Embodiment Guide with a passion for helping people build a stronger connection between mind and body through movement and nervous system awareness.
With over 7 years of experience working with the body, her approach blends yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices to support regulation, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Her work focuses on helping people understand their stress responses, reconnect with their bodies, and build capacity in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.

Creating Capacity is a 90-minute embodied workshop combining nervous system education, mapping, movement, and breathwork.
You’ll learn about the window of tolerance, explore how your stress responses show up, and practice supportive tools that help build your capacity to stay present, regulated, and responsive to life’s challenges.
The session closes with integration and reflection so you leave feeling grounded, resourced, and more connected to yourself.
