Your Guide: Net
Net is a dedicated movement practitioner drawing inspiration from disciplines such as Muay Thai, Qi Gong, Capoeira, Yoga, and Calisthenics.
With 6 years of gymnastics training and 4 years of Capoeira, he developed a strong foundation in coordination, balance, and body control.
He is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor and has practiced and taught within the Ido Portal Movement Method for over 7 years.
His handstand journey has also been influenced by learning from professional hand balancer YuvalOnHands.
Net believes movement is both physical and mental — a practice of awareness, control, and exploration.
Handstands have become a central passion in his journey, and he loves guiding others toward building strength, balance, and true freedom of movement.
