In My Boots is a coming-of-age tale which was released in February 2025 from Black Rose Writing. In 1999, wondering who she is and how she fits in the world, Amanda embarked on a trek of the Appalachian Trail, leaving behind a childhood with an volatile and unstable father. After a physically and emotionally taxing journey, Amanda uncovered who she can be - herself.
