Flower Essence Making

Making Flower Essences: Ceremony, Connection, and Community Medicine

Join us for a heartfelt, hands-on class where we explore the art of creating flower essences--remembering that there is medicine in the making of medicine.

You will:

•Learn what flower essences are, and how they're made
•Make your very own flower essence, and sit in the medicine-making ceremony with your chosen plant
•Share medicine with other attendees and go home with your very own medicine cabinet
•And as always, a trip to Deep Roots Ecostead isn't complete without a visit to the goats!

What to bring:

•Sunhat, sunblock, protective clothing - we will be outside the majority of the time.
•Water bottle
•Journal and writing implement
•A clear glass or crystal bowl if you have one, if not, one will be provided for you
•A packed lunch - fridge space and microwave provided
