The July New Moon will open us to creativity, self-expression, and new beginnings with a sense of ease and support! Come experience a state of deep relaxation and peace and open to the ease of this new moon energy. Jenn will offer a restful meditation with an amazing sound journey, guided by the sacred sounds of crystal bowls and gongs.

Sound healing is based on the principle that vibrations change consciousness. This practice is known by ancient traditions to “tune the soul”. The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages, helping you center and connect with the divine within. Using sound as a meditation helps eliminate the chatter of the thinking mind, allowing for a deep connection to self. It is within this connection that everything slips away, and we come into a state of deep peace opening to that inner wisdom

Bring your yoga mat and feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, cushions, or eye covering for added comfort.
