Sunday Ecstatic Dance :: A weekly soulful gathering of intention in motion.
Join us after Sunday’s dance for a community garden potluck — an intentional extension of our movement practice. As the music winds down, we invite you to linger in the garden, to share a meal, to deepen the roots of what we just moved through together.
This is a space to break bread, drop in, and remember the art of being villagers.
🌿 For newcomers, it’s a chance to connect, and be welcomed.
🌿For long-time dancers, it’s an opportunity to tend the soil of community — and be nourished by it.
🌿 Open to those who have attended dance (included in admission)
🌿 Expect a song circle, offerings from community vendors, cacao and sweet surprises
🌿 Please bring a dish to share (bonus points for healthy whole-foods)

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
