We are thrilled to invite you to an evening dedicated to showing our appreciation for current members + experience the perks of a DC membership.

This month, join us for a Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath Meditation with Brandy Michele Adams of WAAS Gallery. Enjoy a relaxing 45-minute sound bowl meditation led by Brandy. This mixer will kick off with guided breathing techniques, the meditation, and then time for journaling after. Please bring your own mat! There will be limited mats available to borrow.
