Art & Wellness Workshops: "Marisol in Motion"

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the DMA is partnering with community organizations to offer mindful activities that blend art and wellness.

Join us for a mindfulness workshop led by Domingo Estrada Jr., a professional dancer and Dance for Parkinson's Disease instructor, as we explore the connection between dance and visual art.

Participants will engage with the exhibition Marisol: A Retrospective, take part in a guided dance and movement activity, and create an art project to take home. This workshop incorporates mindful movement, so we encourage wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.

Recommended for ages 15+; space is limited, and registration is required.
