4th of July "The 1776" Time Trial

Come join some of your favorite running groups in Dallas for a fun 4th of July running event where we'll loop around Germany Park 4(ish) times for a total of 1776 yards (1.009 miles)! This multi-club event includes the WRRC, Completely Slothed, and Train Pegasus as well as coaches from Medium Running, JT Endurance Training, Train Pegasus, Strait Speed, and 2Run4!

Schedule of events:

7:00-7:30 AM: Arrive and check in
7:30 AM: 1-2 mile warmup
7:50 AM: Coach led activation drills
8:00 AM(ish): Start of "1776" heats - new heat to start every 10ish minutes
9:00 AM(latest): Awards and celebration!

How do you get an award (maybe a hat)? Predict the time you think you'll run the "1776" (1.009 mile) time trial!

Remember, this is a social and mostly informal event. Come out and have fun, regardless of pace! Don't know how fast you can run a mile-ish? Put in your best guess!

The WRRC will be providing hydration for this event!
