About the event

Meditation 101
Join us as we learn the benefits and principals of meditation and how to incorporate it into your daily lives!! Each participant will receive a selenite wand and palo santo for their own personal practice. CEUs are available to those RYTs with Yoga Alliance; additional information will be needed.

Please bring a mat and something to hydrate and wear comfortable clothing. All other materials will be provided.
2 hr workshop / $45 exchange
