Chakra Balancing Workshop

Come balance & align with us!!! Join us for a 2 hour workshop to learn about the chakras along with asana & affirmations that supports each chakra. Each participant will go home with a printed yoga sequence to support the chakras along with a crystal quartz, the supreme gift of Mother Earth- when wearing, carrying or meditating with a crystal quartz, your mind and heart open to a higher guidance and will amplify whatever energy or intent is programmed into it....helping you and your chakras to stay open and aligned!! CEUs are available to those RYT in attendance - Yoga Alliance registration information will be needed.
