Info: A powerful talk with a therapist, coach, and speaker exploring mental health, self-compassion, and support tools for healing. There will be an audience Q&A after the presentation.
Interactive Activity – “Write & Rip”
A self-reflection moment: write down a negative thought, then tear it up to release its power.
Info: Unwind with tea, snacks, journalling, and an affirmation wall to inspire and ground you.
Info: A creative performance and talk unpacking the realities of abuse, its impact on mental health, and paths to recovery and empowerment.
Short performance (poetry, theatre, or a visual art reveal)

• What domestic abuse looks like (emotional, physical, psychological, financial)
• How abuse affects mental health, self-worth, and identity

• Encouragement for those currently or previously affected
