Paint & Pause With Amy Rose

Paint & Pause is a guided, creative wellbeing session designed to support emotional expression and self-reflection through mindful art-making. While not therapy, it draws from therapeutic principles to encourage connection, calm and creativty.

Suitable for adults seeking mindful connection, emotional reset, or a creative pause from daily stress.

2.5 hour session includes guided grounding, themed pottery painting and gentle close.

'Fill Your Cup' - identify what nurtures you, paint your cup or mug with symbols, colours or words representing what fills you up - joys, rest, boundaries, play, people. You do not need any artistic skills whatsoever. This session is designed for everyone including pottery painting beginners. Just let your brush say what your brain might not have the words for.

Selection of mug shapes & styles to choose from, all equipment & materials included as well as professional glazing & firing and complementary refreshments. Your mug will be ready to collect approx 10 days after the session.

£15 is required to book your space with the remaining £15 payable on the day.
