Gratitude Soundbath

Michelle will guide a very special sound bath session where the echoing sounds created by 432hz crystal quartz singing sound bowls, ocean drums, and gong vibrations will fill the room.
Soft spoken words joined by the soothing sounds will inspire us to find gratitude in our lives through mindfulness and awareness.

Michelle will offer some journaling prompts for you to delve into as a result of this inner experience.
