You'll be guided to move, breathe, and rest in a way that creates space-within body, mind, and spirit-for new possibilities to unfold.

This workshop is open to all levels and offers a supportive environment to:

•Gently release and unwind through mindful movement
•Reconnect with your intentions and inner wisdom
•Cultivate balance, gratitude, and openness for the year ahead
