Techniques to create the best sleep hygiene reframe unhelpful patterns, and get you sleeping again.
This interactive 60-minute session includes practical tools, a sleep-supportive mindset, and easy night-time habits to calm the chaos, followed by a relaxing yet impactful guided hypnotic meditation experience to layer the learnings & help you reclaim deep, restorative rest.
Recording available for free after each session. (Usually $35)
This is not regular meditation.
