In this gentle and welcoming session, you’ll
Move slowly and intentionally to improve balance and coordination
Practice mindful breathing to quiet the mind and reduce stress
Enjoy the calming benefits of carefully selected essential oils - backed by research for their role in calming the stress response and promoting emotional balance
Leave feeling grounded, present, and restored
