Sitar and Sarod

Thrilled to present Sitar and Surbahar maestro Padma Bhushan Pt Budhaditya Mukherjee and Sarod virtuoso Arnab Chakrabarty in concert!

Proclaimed as the "sitar artist of the century", Pt. Budhaditya Mukherjee is revered for his superb command over the Sitar and Surbahar. Arnab Chakrabarty, one of the top handful of currently active sarod players, is widely known for a wonderfully subtle amalgamation of Maihar and Shahjahanpur gharanas, blending the skill with emotion.

They will be accompanied on tabla by Shankh Lahiri and Soumen Nandy.
