Hollenbeck Safe Streets Save Lives Ride

Welcome to the Hollenbeck Safe Streets Save Lives 2025 Ride!

Join us at Homestead High School starting at the east bike parking area next to the student parking lot for a short 3 mile bike ride to Sunnyvale City Hall to promote safe streets for all users, particularly students, on Hollenbeck Ave. At the end of the ride at city hall there will light snacks plus afterwards you may speak at a special City Council Study Session to encourage Sunnyvale City Council to choose safety first and put buffered bike lanes on Hollenbeck!

Buffered bike lanes will make Hollenbeck much more attractive to bicyclists, reduce climate change, improve health, reduce pollution, and increase fun!

If you just want to enjoy the ride, get a General Admission ticket.

If you are an experienced bicyclist and can help us manage the ride (as lead, sweep, or chaperones), please get a Volunteer Ride Support ticket.
