May herb forage, make & taste

Join local herbalist Rosy for a seasonal session of foraging, remedy making and herb tasting.

Suitable for beginners and those wishing to build on basic herbalism experience..
We will meet in my herbal practice in Falkland and then go for a short (but slow) foraging walk around Falkland to identify, forage and connect with some herbs that can be found growing and collected at this time of year.
Then we will bring things back to my space to taste and make into herbal remedies that can be used to support your health and well-being.
A focus of this session will be on preparing for hayfever season and summer health support.

Suitable for ages 8+ but mainly aimed towards an adult audience, booking essential and please let me know if you have any mobilty issues because my space is acessed by stairs and some of the walk will be off road.
