This event will be a deeply healing, relaxing & restorative experience ❤
About sound healing....
Sound healing is very popular nowadays and is known as the ‘medicine of the future’.
But actually, it’s not new at all! Did you know it was used by the Ancient Egyptians and the Ancient Greeks, who built special sound healing chambers? And it’s been used by many indigenous cultures across the world for 1000s of years too - for example the Aboriginals (think digeridoo!)
Benefits of sound healing...
Receiving sound & vibration helps to heal and rejuvenate our bodies, minds and souls on a deep level
It resets our nervous system, switches off the stress response and revitalises all our internal organs and glands
It's like hitting the reset button - bringing our body systems back into resonance, harmony and balance
About stress....
When we are stressed it throws all our body systems out of whack. We receive surges of stress hormones from our adrenal glands, we don't breathe properly, we don't sleep very well and our nervous system becomes dysregulated. If left unchecked, this state of being can lead to exhaustion and adrenal fatigue, as well as sleep deprivation and countless other health issues.
So I invite you to allow yourself some precious YOU time to release and let go of anxiety & stress, and allow yourself to float away on a cloud of magical sounds ❤
About me...
I love to create and weave beautiful, magical soundscapes using bowls, drums, chimes and voice AND I play all my instruments live. When instruments are played live, you receive vibration as well as sound. Receiving the vibration is vital to receiving the healing benefits.
As well as working with sound, I'm also a professional Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Healer, Energy Healer & Spiritual Life Coach, and I'm here to be of service to my local community - helping people to improve their mental, emotional and physical health & wellbeing
