The October School Week is 13th to 17th October (also 20th)
We will be running our Scunnered on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th from 10a.m. until 2p.m.
In the summer time we had parents/carers donate non-perishable food for our amazing food larder, however we had sixty children booked in with a maximum of forty turning up on the day. As you can imagine it was difficult for us as we had surplus staff on shift which then results in our charitable costs increasing.
Therefore, we will manage the food purchase and ask parents/carers to pay £5.00 per day per child and that way we will know exactly how many children are attending.
We are keen to continue with the food larder as it is a great asset for our community. As we have said before it takes a community to support a community and the Larder League is certainly doing that. Let's not forget the amazing Youth Works team of young people learning life skills operating and managing distribution to customers.
Please book and pay in advance by Wednesday 8th October to secure your place.
