For those of you who don't partake, whether it's just because you don't like to, or can't for health or sobriety reasons, the Holidays can be a hard time when it's all around most family and community celebrations. So, here at The Rug Shop on North Centre Street, we are dedicating and committing every Thursday to you. (and, me)
If you need a respite from other celebrations, or just want a place to meet up with friends, hang out, play board games, read or socialize and have it not be about alcohol - please feel free to plan your activities here. Or, just show up and hang out with others who do not partake. NO RULES AT THE RUG SHOP.
For those who do partake, sorry, but no alcohol will be allowed or present at The Rug Shop for these Thursdays throughout December to allow a safe environment for all. You are more than welcome to attend and come hang out or stop by - but alcohol must be left off our premises.
We are though, still BYO on all consumables, so please visit any of our neighbors for all of your non-alcoholic consumption needs.
hint - Centre Street Collective, right across the street from us, carries a wide variety of non-alcoholic choices from seltzers, Liquid Deaths, kombuchas and Athletics.
DOORS open at 2 PM, activities may be scheduled from 4-10 PM. Just PM Dave if you have any questions.
