Starting Monday, September 8th, I’ll be offering two weekly beginner-friendly Gyrokinesis classes right here in town.

~ Gentle, breath-led movement
~ No experience needed
~ $12 drop-in

Mondays 10:30–11:15 AM
Thursdays 5:30–6:15 PM

If you’ve been curious about Gyrokinesis but weren’t sure where to begin, this is the perfect chance to try it out in a welcoming, low-commitment way.

Come move, breathe, and feel more at home in your body.
