Intuitive Painting

Let your creativity flow and enjoy an evening of relaxing therapeutic fun. This interactive creative experience will leave you feeling both refreshed and get your creativity flowing. The workshop will start out with a relaxing sound bath and short guided meditation and then will transition into you creating your own acrylic canvas painting. This workshop emphasizes on releasing expectations and going with the flow. All materials are provided but it is recommended to wear clothing you wouldn't mind the possibility of a little paint getting on. Total workshop time is 2.5 hours.
