Learn to make perfect pizza in this hands-on half-day class! Whether you prefer a thin and crispy base or a chewy and puffy crust, we’ll show you how to achieve the best results at home.
We’ll start with the most important part—the dough. After extensive testing (and plenty of taste-testing!), we’ve perfected a no-fuss, minimal-effort recipe. You’ll make your own to take home while using the chef’s rested dough to shape and bake your pizza in class.
Next, you’ll prepare a rich tomato sauce, because a great pizza deserves the perfect base. You’ll take home a portion and use some on your pizza in class.
Finally, you’ll learn the best shaping, topping, and cooking techniques to achieve the ultimate homemade pizza. Your chef will also demo a garlic and herb butter for mini dough balls, adding a delicious extra touch to your meal.
And of course, pizza is best straight from the oven, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your creations after class.
