Fresh pasta is surprisingly quick to make once you know how, and homemade filled pasta is a joy to prepare and eat. In this hands-on class, our passionate chefs will guide you through the art of pasta-making from scratch, ensuring you master the skills needed to create delicious, restaurant-quality dishes at home.
You’ll begin by making a super stretchy pasta dough before rolling it out using a pasta machine. You’ll then craft a seasonal spinach and ricotta filling to create ravioli, which will be cooked and served with a simple sage butter sauce.
With the remaining dough, you’ll learn to shape pasta by hand and watch as the chefs demonstrate two quick and delicious sauces that are sure to impress your friends and family.
