Free Walk-in Clinic - From Surviving to Thriving
From 1pm to 2pm on Wednesday 24th September at The Steamer Coffee House & Kitchen, in there new private room, I will be holding a free walk-in clinic for survivors of abusive relationships, (recent or historic).
Domestic Abuse can often be misconceived, as just physical, but it can range from emotional, coercive, physical, or financial abuse.
With nearly 10 years worth of experience working with survivors of abuse, and trained and qualified as an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor, I bring all this wealth of knowledge to offer gentle guidance to women aged 21 and over to talk about practical tools and restorative reflection that can help you move from suriviving to thriving, so you are no living in surivival mode - whether that has been at home, at work or anywhere else in your life.
I work to help empower woman to learn who they are again, through one brave step at a time, helping to build confidence, resilience and rediscover you again - gently stepping into a life that is full of possibilities, joy and hope.
Anything brought to or discussed at the clinic will be on a one-to-one basis and confidential.
You don't need to book.
Just turn up on the day and let a member of The Steamer team know that you're here to see me- Laura.
I cannot wait to meet you!
