Do you want to learn how to use art as a tool for well-being? Join us for the 3-hour workshop, ‘Art for Well-being’ on on Friday 12th September 10am

A unique opportunity to explore how to use art as a tool for self-care and well-being, unlocking your creativity to find balance, connect to your intuition and inspire personal transformation. No prior experience is needed and everyone is welcome.

This will be a hands-on, practical workshop where you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a guided meditation to calm the mind and help you get into the creative flow before diving into the art-making process.

I’m a therapeutic meditation teacher, also trained in therapeutic art life coaching. BA (Hons) in Design and Art Direction from MMU. DBS-checked Reiki Master registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).
