Therapeutic Meditation Workshop on Friday 26th February 10am-1:30pm

This is an introduction to meditation as a tool for self-care and well-being. You'll learn the basics of meditation—the what, the how, and the why—in easy-to-understand terms, so you can integrate it into your daily routine with confidence. You'll take part in different types of meditations, including a Reiki charged crystal meditation. No prior experience in meditation is necessary.
