Yoga Meditation Walk
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in this gentle wellness experience. The class begins with simple standing yoga poses to ease tension and open the body, followed by a calming guided meditation. Participants are then invited to join an optional mindful walk, moving peacefully through nature with awareness in each step. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Meet our trained and experienced instructor, Amy Grace Decker, of Friendship. Amy is a gentle person, mindful, and caring. She will work at your pace and with your goals. <3

No experience necessary.
This is a FREE course that will run every Monday, 10-11, in September
