Join us for a fun, hands-on morning exploring woodworking and farm life at Larson Family Farm! This indoor-outdoor experience is perfect for kids who love to learn, create, and get a little dirty. From sawmill action to friendly farm animals—and a custom craft to take home—this is one summer adventure you don’t want to miss!
Parents are welcome to stay or drop the kids off.
Drop-off: 8:45–9:00 AM | Pick-up: 12:00–12:15 PM

We’ll kick things off outside with a full tour of the working sawmill, where kids can see live demonstrations of lumber cutting and firewood splitting in action. Afterward, we’ll head indoors to the air-conditioned venue to cool off, dive into a themed learning session with Summerset, and complete a keepsake wood craft.
We’re excited to be co-hosting with Summer Lowenthal, certified teacher and founder of Summerset Center of Achievement. With over 12 years of teaching experience, Summer brings her passion for hands-on, real-world learning to the farm—leading kids through engaging, wood-themed activities that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and connect directly to what they’ve seen in action at the sawmill.
Whether your child is into building, painting, animals, or just exploring something new, this event offers a rich and memorable morning on the farm!
