🕊️ Weekly Bereavement Support Group – All Are Welcome 🕊️

Join us every Wednesday at the Salvation Army Citadel building for our weekly bereavement support group.

This is a safe, supportive space where we come together to share, connect, and navigate the journey of grief. Each week we explore topics such as:

💬 How grief affects us emotionally, physically, and spiritually
💬 Coping with anxiety and fears about the future
💬 Managing changes in relationships
💬 Practical support and shared experiences that help

We also promote connection through creative activities like art days and encourage members to share their unique skills with the group.

Whether you’re newly bereaved or further along in your grief journey, you are not alone. All are welcome.
