HYROX "PFT" at F45 Training Crown Point

Welcome to HYROX "PFT" at F45 Training Crown Point! Get ready to push your limits in this ultimate physical fitness test. Join us at 870 N Superior Dr and test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness in a series of functional fitness workouts. Whether you are training for a HYROX event or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for you. Don't miss out on the opportunity to challenge yourself and see what you're capable of. Lace up your shoes, bring your A-game, and let's crush some goals together!

This workout is designed to assess your fitness level and help you determine which HYROX division (Pro, Open, Doubles, Relay, etc.) in which you should consider competing. Following this event, NWI F45 studios will be offering a 12 week HYROX training program beginning the week of May 4th. A second 12 week series will lead right up to the Chicago Hyrox event in November. The second series begins the week of August 17th. More information and sign up available at the studio.

Heats begin every 10 minutes. Please fill out the google form to register for the event and request your preferred heat time. You will receive confirmation and finalized heat time 3 days prior to the event.

IMPORTANT: You are not officially registered for this event until you fill out the google form in it's entirety. This form collects basic information needed by F45 Training Crown Point. The offical registration link and waiver link are included in the form and are necessary to hold your place.
