🍦Saturday, August 30th, will be the First Annual “Hills Landing Labor Day Weekend Ice Cream Eating Contest”
⏰ Contest starts at 5 PM
🎸 Music from the band “Fraid Knot” to follow
⚖️ Each 3 gallon tub of Ice cream will be weighed before the contest starts and after the 10 minute time frame ends.
💰🥇The contestant that eats the most ice cream in 10 minutes will receive $1,000.00
If you finish the entire 3 gallon tub, you will receive an extra $1000!!!
Rules are as follows:
☑️ $50 entry fee- anyone who wants to be a contestant will pay a “potentially refundable $50 entry fee”. We have a “50 for 50” Rule, meaning if you eat at least 50 ounces (by weight) you will get your $50 back!!
🍦must be 18 or older, able and willing to sign an “Eating Contest Waiver”
🍦 must be present at 4:00 on day of contest to submit your entry form
🍦contestants have a choice between Hersheys chocolate or vanilla ice cream
🍦the winner will be determined by weight. Ice cream tubs along with a serving tray will be weighed before and after the 10 minute timer.
🍦if the ice cream doesn’t stay inside your belly while the timer is going, you will be disqualified
🍦ice cream must stay in your belly until after the winner has been determined or you will be disqualified.
🍦 20 contestants maximum
