Yogalates and Lattes at Crossroads Coffeehouse

Join us for a beautiful morning by the creek.

We'll begin with a fun yoga-pilates fusion class, take a break to grab a latte or treat from Crossroads Coffeehouse and then enjoy a peaceful walk around the creek (about a 1/2 mile walk).

This class has been designed for all levels of fitness! We are here just to move our bodies and enjoy the company of others!

PLEASE BRING:
- yoga mat or towel (we will have just a few to borrow)
- water bottle
- walking shoes
- a smile :)

WHERE TO MEET:
- We will meet in the outdoor space behind Crossroads Coffeehouse known as Esser Square.
- If it RAINS: meet at Challenge Fit Studio - 31 Glaciers Edge Square, Cross Plains
