Unwind and align outside under the enchanting glow of the full moon at the farm. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of nature and harmonic melodies with our immersive meditation and sound bath experience. You will be guided through a deep relaxation session allowing you to quiet the mind, soothe the body and nourish the soul.
Let the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and shamanic drums wash away your stress, align your chakras and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
Connect with the earths energy and ground yourself spiritually during this majestic and powerful healing session.
The session will close with a full moon fire release ritual- where you can set intentions, manifest your desires and release what no longer serves you.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before session begins.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat, Blanket or Chair
Pillow
Any items for comfort such as blankets, eye mask/pillow.
Water or beverage for hydration.
Optional: Crystals for cleansing/charging
If you are unable to lay on the ground- you are welcome to bring a folding chair or cushion to sit on for your comfort.
