Wellbeing-“A Breath of Fresh Air”

Life can be a bit much sometimes, so every now and again we like to provide sessions aimed at giving us grown-ups a chance to slow down and relax.

We'll provide a drink and some bread and dips for you in our beautiful woodland. There is no pressure or expectations during these sessions - come alone or with friends/family and simply hang out in nature or take part in a few of our fun and relaxing activities.

There's plenty of space in our woods so feel free to chat around the fire or lose yourself in thought (or a book if you want to bring one)

For this session we will be shaping and baking breads and washing it down with a selection of tasty dips! Feel free to join in with the bread and dip making process or simply enjoy the food when it's done!

The session starts at 10am and lasts until 12 midday however, these sessions are very informal so do not feel compelled to stay for the duration.

The session costs £10pp.
