Join the repair revolution, bring your electrical appliances, clothing, furniture, crockery, housewares, bicycles, toys etc. Anything that's broken (and which you can manage to carry on your own to the Repair Café) and get them fixed for free!
We want to help prevent items going to landfill and save households money by repairing and reusing.
Anyone is welcome to bring an item for fixing, if we can't fix it you have the choice of donating it to the Fixy project for recycling or take it back home with you.
The repair hub is fortnightly at the George Reynolds Centre, upstairs in the Oak room, there are refreshments available plus you can pick up some free food from the community fridge and also browse our secondhand book stall.
If you have any skills in repairing, electrical, wood, metal, textiles and would be interesting in volunteering an hour or two please do get in touch, we'd love to hear from you!
