Everybody Health & Leisure and One You Cheshire East are getting involved in Blood Pressure UK campaign Know Your Numbers! Week, running from 8th - 14th September, helping to look for the missing millions.
Blood Pressure UK share: “Right now, 5 million UK adults aged 18-64 may have undiagnosed high blood pressure – increasing their risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney disease. Many don’t even know it.”
The opportunity to check your own blood pressure will be available on a self-screening blood pressure machine at:
- Crewe Lifestyle Centre
- Nantwich Leisure Centre
- Knutsford Leisure Centre
- Holmes Chapel Community Centre
- Wilmslow Leisure Centre
- Macclesfield Leisure Centre
Why not pop in during 8th - 14th September?
Blood pressure checks are available to anyone aged 18 and over, no booking required, just drop in during opening hours.
