Community Yoga & Sound Meditation Class 🕉️

Join us for a heart-centered Hatha Yoga and Sound Meditation session designed to restore balance, peace, and connection through movement and vibration. This class focuses on awakening and harmonising the Heart Chakra—the center of love, compassion, and inner calm.

✨ All are welcome – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
💚 Young teens and young souls attend for free.
🗓️ Time: 11:00 AM –12:00 PM

📍 Location: Creswick Town Hall
💵 Cost: $15 (cash only) – no need to book, just come as you are.

What to bring:
✅ Yoga mat
✅ Water bottle
✅ Blanket or pillow
✅ A block or anything that helps you feel supported and at home
