Cooking Class with The Farmer & The Foodie at Foxhollow Farm

Spend an evening on the farm with Maggie Keith and Lindsey McClave—co-hosts of The Farmer & The Foodie—as they guide you through a hands-on cooking experience, start to finish.

We’ll kick things off in Pavel’s Garden, harvesting seasonal veggies together while chatting about growing practices, kitchen tips, and how it all connects to Foxhollow’s Biodynamic farming. Then we’ll head inside for a relaxed cooking demo and enjoy hearty samples of everything we make.

Here’s what to expect:
• Harvest fresh ingredients with Maggie and Lindsey
• Cook (and eat!) together at the Foxhollow Farm Center
• Drinks available: cocktail, mocktail, beer & wine
• All diets welcome—let us know if you’re gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan

• Meet at Foxhollow Market (class starts at 5:30 PM)
• $60 per person
• Ages 10+ welcome
• Wear shoes for walking on the farm and dress for the weather
