Breathwork & Gong Journey

We will practice breathwork to release what no longer serves, creating new pathways for our life's journey. This event will be facilitated by Travis Cleveland and Emilie Pomerleau and will include instruction on breathwork, breathwork with gong sound acompaniment and will finish with a gong sound journey to deepen the work we do together. Our evening will conclude with tea and community time. Prepare to dive deep!
