August Alignment Yoga Retreat

This weekend retreat offers 15 hours of continuing education for yoga teachers and is appropriate for paractitioners of all levels. Sessions will be a mix of learning and practicing yoga, breathwork techniques, soundwork, kriyas, mudras, chanting and developing a deeper understanding of the alignment principles - aligning body, mind, Spirit!

Arrival to property can happen between 4:30-6:30pm on Friday, with our first session beginning at 7pm. Programming will continue all day Saturday with some breaks, and will conclude with an optional group hike on Sunday afternoon. You are welcome to stay here in shared spaces or to stay somewhere else locally and come and go for sessions. Snacks and light meals are included. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
