Upward 5K Challenge Run/Walk

The Upward 5K Challenge is an opportunity to grow in your physical abilities while growing in your spiritual relationship with God. It is a 12 week running and walking program, meeting each week on Saturdays at 10am. These classes are for beginners and returning runners/walkers and will take you through the basics of running/walking, and spiritual growth through the 12 week program. The class will graduate with the "Run Through The Pines" at our beautiful Lake Gregory, where you will receive
your Finisher Medal and Certificate.
As part of this program, you will receive a 5K Challenge Book, coaching, a sport tee shirt, finisher medal, and lots of encouragement and growth.
