Hey Alpha Fam,
We have teamed up with Paws Up 4 Rescue, Joliet for a Push 4 Paws adoption and fitness event.
If you didn’t know, we currently have two dogs from Paws Up 4 Rescue, Joliet, that we’ve had since they were little pups. We are looking to have a great turn out for this event as we are giving everything back to Paws Up.
So, if you can please continue to spread the word, we want to get as many people in as we can. Everyone is welcome- whether you plan on competing or not. Paws Up will be on site with adoptable dogs.
This team-based event is inspired by the global HYROX format — expect elements like rowing, sled pushes, wall balls, and running, blended into a relentless circuit designed to challenge your strength and endurance.
For the workout again- it’s $20 per team (Teams of 2) or donation item serves as entry ticket. Again, everything will be going to Paws Up and we just want to help as much as we can. So please invite all the people you know that would be interested in a great, challenging workout for a great cause.
Bonus: we have connected with @Barrel & Bloom coffee. They will be on site with some of the most delicious looking lattes and other items.
We have set a time for this event. July 19th, 9am-12pm. The workout will have several heats. More details will be released within the next week. Thanks again and hope to see everyone at this event!
