Open Water Swim Practice at Falls Lake
These sessions offer a supportive environment where you can learn, practice and hone your skills, building confidence and competence in open water conditions. Join us for specific skills sessions or get some distance in with a prepared swim workout. Sighting buoys and safety supervision provided. Bathrooms nearby. Meet at the boat launch area at Beaverdam Lake Recreation Area, NOT Sandling Beach.
