Bliss Out in July - A Sound Immersion to Start Your Weekend Right

Let go of the week and ease into the weekend with a deeply relaxing sound journey guided by Alex Salvador of The Rhythm Connection. Sink into stillness as you're enveloped in the soothing tones of singing bowls, wind gong, chimes, and rich flutes from around the world — including the fujara, duduk, Native American drone flute, and more.

This gentle, restorative experience is the perfect way to release stress, reset your nervous system, and start your weekend feeling calm, clear, and grounded.

You’ll also have the chance to engage in meditative sound-making using tone chimes from Japan, and explore your voice through optional singing. Or simply rest, listen, and receive.

Open to adults and young people aged 13 and over. Soft mats are provided — please bring a pillow and blanket/sheet for comfort.
