CTCC Community Days 2025 Vendors

IMPORTANT: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis (booth assignments are only granted after registration AND payment is received). Online booking and credit card payment via Eventbrite only. Check payments accepted with completed form. Booth will be assigned on availability.

PENNSYLVANIA VENDORS ONLY: Vendors must be based out of or have a physical location in Pennsylvania. No vendors outside of Pennsylvania will be accepted starting in 2025.

Reservation Options:

1. Food Trucks/Trailers: Pre-registration is required with separate booking available at www.yourctcc.org/vendor. Do not book through this site for trucks/trailers.
   
2. EVENTBRITE *Fastest way to secure your exact location & pay with credit card* Reserve and pay online with credit card (includes processing and services fees). This is the ONLY credit card, online reservation portal to reserve booth space.
   
3. Pay with Check: Reserve online and select Pay with Check during checkout - space is not guaranteed unless check is received within 1 week of booking. Vendor packet is available if you wish to mail in a check. Complete form with check here

10'x10' booth spaces: If you wish to reserve more than one 10'x10' space, you must purchase the booth space(s) side by side.

Event Hours: Thursday July 10 from 4-10pm; Friday, July 11 from 4-11pm; Saturday July 12 from 1-11pm (Price includes all 3 days - No option for 1 or 2 days) Vendors are encouraged to remain open all 3 days, however, it is not required as we understand staffing may be an issue. You may keep your booth items overnight as we have security on site.

Electric: Limited electric available. Vendor must bring extension cord.

Deadline to Register: JUNE 2, 2025

Parking Passes: Vendors will receive only 1 parking pass for the Red Vendor Lot. Passes will be mailed to the address on your event registration. No additional parking passes.

F OOD & DRINK VENDORS:

1. You are required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming CTCC and Cranberry Township as Additionally Insured. Email a copy of the COI to Y29tbXVuaXR5ZGF5cyB8IGNyYW5iZXJyeXRvd25zaGlwICEgb3Jn or mail it to: CTCC at 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 450, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 prior to June 15, 2025.

ALCOHOL VENDORS (wine, beer, liquor) are not permitted unless part of the Rotary Craft Ale & Vine Garden.
