New boot camp

Look at 1 of my lovely ladies achievements in boot camp 😍 I cannot begin to explain how proud I am of her. She is looking fantastic 🤩 great work juds 💪

New boot camp starting Tuesday 22nd of July. I make working out as fun as possible and these beautiful bunch of ladies make laughing a must in every class. No need to take yourself seriously. Fitness can be fun and results can be achieved while having fun.

This group of beautiful women range from all ages, all different fitness levels and some require changes in movements due to health problems or injuries. We are all different and I will always work with what abilities suit your needs.

If you want to sign up private message me. Classes are held Portadown Masonic Hall every Tuesday, Thursday and Fri evening. Time to get back to it and make time for yourself 💪
